Roadside fix or full recovery?
A roadside fix may be suitable for a straightforward battery, wheel or minor mechanical issue when the location is safe and the repair can be completed without risk. It is not suitable when the vehicle has major damage, locked running gear, an unsafe tyre position, a suspected drivetrain fault or a dangerous roadside location.
When a safe repair is not realistic, we arrange full transport to your depot, workshop, dealer or another agreed destination. Dispatch will not promise a roadside repair before the driver has assessed the fault.
Automatic and non-rolling vehicles
Automatic gearboxes, seized brakes, steering faults and non-rolling wheels need special handling. Never drag a vehicle simply because it is blocking access. Tell us what moves and what does not. A flatbed, winch, skates or other loading equipment may be required.
If the vehicle carries fragile goods or trade equipment, secure them before movement where it is safe to do so. The driver will explain any access or load concerns before loading starts.
One van or repeat fleet support
We help owner-drivers, trades, couriers and managed fleets. For repeat requirements, keep vehicle weights, depot contacts and approved destinations ready. That information speeds up each future call.
Transparent price confirmation
Your website estimate is a guide. The confirmed rate depends on distance, vehicle weight, access, time and recovery complexity. We explain the basis before dispatch, with no surprise motorway add-on.
